If so then the Access to Justice Foundation is looking for an Assistant Organisational Development Consultant.

Working as part of our Community Justice Fund “Funder Plus” scheme and supervised by a leading sector consultant, you will be working with legal and specialist legal advice charities on development and change projects.

As well as assisting with the coordination of the Funder Plus scheme, you will facilitating meetings and planning events; drafting plans and procedures; collecting and analysing data; providing training and support; and generally mucking in across a number of development projects. Flexibility and a willingness to learn are key, as is an ability to understand the challenges faced by charities in the legal and specialist advice sector.

If you have experience of or aspirations of management (or consultancy) and want to help the advice sector at a critical time, then this role is for you.
