Programme: Improving Outcomes Through Legal Support
Amount: £255,418.89
Region: London
Year: 2023

Citizens Advice Croydon will use this funding to increase access to telephone advice and expand their Direct Referrals Service through Croydon’s Integrated Community Network initiative, improving early intervention for residents with ill health, disabilities, or limited digital access.
By partnering with local agencies and GP networks, they reach those most affected by poverty and inequality, empowering them to take informed action and improve their wellbeing.
