Direct Help and Advice (The Derby Law Centre) aims to use early intervention and holistic support, as well as advice, and support at court to help the local community into work, education or training and provide advice about debt and housing issues.

Direct Help and Advice are expanding their free housing and debt advice, supporting people not eligible for legal aid. Specialist advisers will provide early intervention, advocacy, and representation at court, helping clients resolve rent arrears, prevent evictions, and manage debt. They aim to prevent homelessness and alleviate financial hardship.
