Hastings Advice and Representation Centre

Hastings Advice and Representation Centre provides free welfare benefits, advice and representation to people across East Sussex. For more than four decades, HARC has helped people experiencing poverty, disability and disadvantage understand their rights, access financial support and challenge incorrect decisions.
