This session showcased a range of new initiatives as well as getting an update on previously demonstrated tools.
It included presentations from Working Families, Wyser, Law Fairy, Tech for Good Alliance, Technology in Professional Services (TiPS), and the SRA Regulators Pioneer Fund Project (RPF3). Key learnings include:
- Developing and implementing new technology is challenging for smaller and under resourced organisations.
- It’s important that external developer partners understand how frontline organisations work as well as their needs and the needs of their users.
- Wyser is a new AI powered infrastructure tools are proving impactful, they are generating time and resource savings.
- LawFairy‘s free to use housing tool that uses automation to collate information and assemble it into template letters and documents has expanded into the immigration space.
- Peer recommended support is available from the Tech for Good Alliance who provide skilled tech volunteers to support charities with their technology projects and challenges.
